By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the WraithVPN service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
WraithVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that enhances online privacy and security by routing user traffic through an encrypted tunnel.
To use the Service, you will be issued an anonymous 16-digit access PIN. You are solely responsible for securing your PIN. Due to our anonymous account model, we have no ability to recover a lost PIN.
WraithVPN grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use our Service. You may install our applications on an unlimited number of devices, provided that usage is limited to 6 simultaneous connections per household (per account PIN) at any given time.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, prohibited, or malicious activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
WraithVPN reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account access at any time, without prior notice or refund, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service. This includes engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 5 or otherwise abusing the Service in a way that harms the network, other users, or the integrity of the service.
The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranty. While we strive to provide a fast and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. WraithVPN is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
